ReadClip is a text-to-speech (TTS) reader and a rich text editor that can read and spell check any text document and allows you to manage several text and picture clips at a time in the Windows clipboard. The TTS reader can remain hidden or it can display the text in the clipboard and highlight each word as the text is read aloud. When the TTS reader is not monitoring the clipboard it can be used to read any text that is pasted, typed or loaded from a file.
