AMCap is a small yet fully functional video capture and preview application compatible with Microsoft DirectShow (formerly ActiveMovie, hence the name). This custom version features DV camcorder support, improved TV tuner and MPEG2 support, still capture, compression, multi-monitor, zooming, full-screen, always on top, and parameter save and restore.
