While at first glance this program looks good, start using it seriously and to its claimed potential and the flaws and faults soon become too evident. Use the WYSIWYG editor and the HTML produced is inaccurate, bloated and contains errors. This results in any changes you have made being lost or inconsistent which has to corrected manually. Clone a campaign, and the copy appears OK - go to edit it and the pictures have dissapeared!. The program offers the facility to format tables with backgrounds which only works sporadically - LMHSoft confirmed to me that although the facility exists - it is `not supported`. Unsubscribes and bounced email checking is flaky to useless. Save yourself the agrovation and buy something else as you won`t get a refund.
