MakeSurvey reviews

MakeSurvey.net is possibly the worst online application I have ever used. Setting up a survey using MakeSurvey.net took me well over an hour. I was able to set up the same survey in less than 10 minutes on SurveyMethods.com. With MakeSurvey.net, I had to copy and paste each of my questions one by one into their clunky interface (SurveyMethods allows bulk copying). There was also no easy way to find out what their different "skins" looked like, so I had to test each one (using another cumbersome process) until I finally found one that would work for my purposes. I have only been using SurveyMethods.com for a couple of hours, but so far, every feature seems superior to MakeSurvey.net. The people at MakeSurvey.net do not even stand behind their product. I was a member for less than 24 hours, but they refused to refund any of my one-month membership fee. If you are looking for an easy-to-use and intuitive survey tool, stay away from MakeSurvey.net.
