I bought the software and never heard back from them. They will not even answer my tickets.

Stay away from this company. I tried to be nice. They were so nice before buying the software. Even the license number they gave did not work. It looks like it is good, but the customer service really sucks. Gary is the worst. They have a US number which is never answered, they have Skype, which they never answer. I do not see how they are in business. I am making a formal complaint to the Trademark government. They are applying for their license. They should not be online, the way Gary treats people.

I bought the software, but before I did I asked all the questions I needed to. They were very nice and professional. I then paid for the software $997.00 to have a guy name Gary who works there be rude. On their website, under FAQ they say they will install. I installed the files and then could not get it to install. Gary said he installed it, then the site still did not work. As of today, the site still does not work. They have all the bells and whistles, they have not tutorials to help you they do not answer skype, their phone number or icq. That is a lie. The only way to get a hold of them is through tickes, then you go a day with out eve a response. I would chose another software if I were you. Now to battle on the refund.

i want to thank you for your great support -with the speedy help of the lisence key,wich was provided in minutes to me by support(Gary and his team) - and the guys that help with the general questions and fixes - and a big awsome for 3dcity !I been with abk-soft for just over 7 months and dont regret it a minute,as i cant say this to dolphin(boonex) software,wich was my previous software !

This software is very powerful and I am glad to have find it, I am starting new business very quickly with it. The support is very fast and efficient, I recommand a lot to buy it.

They also have a feature called "Viral Promotion" which will allow members to invite 10 friends and get something free within the site. For the most part it looks like it has everything that you would want in a social networking site or a online dating website.

Their support is always fast, changes are made in lightning speed. Errors are fixed almost ASAP. This is certainly NOT something You should throw out of the window!
