PIXELZ 3D LICENSE AGREEMENT


The Pixelz 3D is distributed as Shareware. You may use the Pixelz 3D free-of-charge for no more than 30 days. After those 30 days are over, you will either have to register Pixelz 3D, or you must uninstall the entire programme at once. Registered users are able to use the Pixelz 3D without restrictions, get full technical support, and also can use all the up-dates of the programme in the future without any limitations whatsoever. You may use your Registration Code as many times as you wish in case of reinstalling Pixelz 3D. Only you may use your Registration Code. You must not give your Registration Code to anyone.

No commercial usage, and/or re-distribution of any kind shall be allowed of the Pixelz 3D. You cannot change/sell parts there-of without the prior knowledge, and full consent of ff Softworks Company of the Pixelz 3D. Furthermore, this programme is offered on an "as is" basis without any warranties of any kind whatsoever, either expressed or implied here-in. By using this programme, you are agree that you are using it at your own risk; and will not make any claims whatsoever against ff Softworks Company.
