Splitting End user license agreement

By installing and use the software, you are agreeing to become bound by the terms of this agreement:

1. General
(1) Object this is the use for computer-programs, the use-instruction as well as other affiliated written material, subsequently summarizing marks as software.
(2) You may not translate, reverse engineer, de-assemble, de-compile, modify or alter this program or its documentation.
(3) You may not sub-license or lease this program or its documentation.
(4) The user commits itself to keep the license-agreement.

2. License
(1) This program is freeware.
(2) You can use this program gratuitously, duplicate and distribute, as long as it remains absolutely unchanged.

3. Guarantee-limitation
You use the software product at your own risk. The manufacturer and developers accept no liability for damages that are caused directly or indirectly by the hardware or the software product. In particular, absolutely excluded is liability for damages for lost profit, business interruption, loss of data or damage to other software.
