This software is shareware. This means:

1. All copyrights to this software are exclusively owned by VerySoft LLC.

2. Anyone may use unregistered limited version of this software during unlimited
period of time. If you wish to have the unlimited version, you must register.

3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use the unlimited
version of software on one computer for any legal purpose at a time. The registered
software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person
receiving it agrees to terms of this license. If the software is an update version,
the transfer must include this update and all the previous versions.

4. The unregistered shareware version of this software may be freely distributed,
provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge
a fee for the distribution of this software without written permission from
the copyright holder.

5. THIS SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED
OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS,

8. Installing and using this software signifies the acceptance of the license
terms and conditions.

9. If you do not agree with the license terms you must remove files of this software
from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
