You should carefully read this agreement before installing or using this Software. This license agreement is a legal agreement between you, the "End User" and TubeRecorder.com. By installing or using SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to accept all of the terms and conditions of this agreement and agree to abide by them. If these terms and conditions are not acceptable to you, do NOT continue to install or use this Software.

You agree that this Software is sold “as is” without representations, warranties or covenants of any kind, that you have the sole responsibility to evaluate the risks and benefits of using this Software.

In no event shall the author of this Software be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if the Author of this Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Modification, reverse engineering, reverse compiling, or disassembly of this Software is expressly prohibited. This Software is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.

You may not rent, lease, sell, or create copies, or create derivative works of this Software. You may not transfer your rights to this Software to another individual or entity.
