Terms of use for the CTI Software



This program installs the respective client or server components. By installing the software you accept terms of use.



Licence conditions



The usage of this CTI software with up to four clients is free of charge. Licences are available for purchase for a larger installation. The program may be arbitrarily distributed and copied as a complete product. Program licences are bound to the licensed party.



Guarantee exclusion and disclaimer of liability.



The software with the biggest care develops, but still it is not possible on the today`s state of the technology to produce absolutely perfect software. Therefore, all information is without guarantee. Also we can take over no guarantee or guarantee that this software on every computer system, every surroundings and with any other program cooperates.



The features of the software are dependent on the PBX.We do not guarantee the suitability of the program including, perhaps, of available additional programs for a certain application case or a certain hardware configuration. Furthermore we are to be made responsible which arise from the use of the present product under no circumstances for the damages.

This encloses the loss of commercial profits, the interruption of the business expiries, the loss of data as well as all remaining material and ideal losses and their secondary damages and counts even if we have been pointed out before expressly to the possibility of such damages. Should a mistake be discovered, we are bestrebt to correct this as fast as possible, nevertheless, we cannot guarantee this.



Changes in the files which belong to this program are prohibited strictly! In general the disassembly and/or patches of the program or his help files as well as changing or exchanging is prohibited by program modules.



By the possession and the use of the present software the user explains without reservation his consent with abovementioned license regulations and the guarantee exclusion and disclaimer of liability.



Updates and Support



Only the licensees are supported. Updates can be downloaded under http://www.tapimaster.com. Tips for mistake and improvement are accepted with pleasure under info@tapimaster.com.
