WinReg Setting Master End user license agreement

Software License Agreement: This is a legal agreement about "WinReg Setting Master" between you (individual or an entity) and author. It includes the promises and technical support that author holds to users and software upgrade information. Please read it carefully. WinReg Setting Master includes computer software and the media/printed material or online electronic documents associated with it ("software product" or "software" hereinafter). Any installation, copy or other action of using this product indicates that you agree to accept this agreement. If you do not agree with any article in this agreement, you cannot obtain the authority of using this product. (1). This product is protected by The International Copyright Treaty and other laws and treaties of copyright and intellectual property. Users can only obtain the use right this software. (2). Author holds the copyright of this software and it is under the protection governed by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws and treaties. (3). You are forbidden to: * Delete any copyright information in this software and its copies; * Sell or rent out the whole or any part of this software; * Make or supply the keygen or decipher programs of this software; * Give reverse engineering to this software, such as disassembling, reverse compilation, etc. (4). If you have not observed any article in this agreement, Author has the right to terminate this agreement immediately and you must stop using this software and destroy it including all its copies simultaneously. This request is valid to any copy form of this software. (5). Permission: You can transmit the shared version of WinReg Setting Master through Internet or CDs issued with publications, but you are not allowed to spread the decipher program or keygen. You must get the permission from author before any other means of transmission. (6). Risks: You are responsible for the result of using unregistered version of WinReg Setting Master. Within the maximum scope governed by laws, author shall not compensate for any special, accidental, direct or indirect loss caused by utilization of the unregistered version of WinReg Setting Master, even though you are informed of the possible loss in advance. Hereby, Author is not responsible to unregistered users for any breakdown or damage resulted from accident, misuse or error in using its unregistered version. On the contrary, registered users who encounter any failure resulted from accident, misuse or error can be helped by our technical engineer via email. (7). After-sales service: For registered users, you are supposed to send email to our after-sales service engineers for technical support whenever you come across any problem in using this product. (8). Upgrade guarantee: We provide the registered user with free upgrade service for life. (9). Pirate version users: You shall be responsible for any failure and loss resulted from using pirate version while the author does not take any responsibility. (10).
