1. GRANT OF LICENSE. (applies to registered version)

THOUGHTPULSE SOFTWARE grants to you the right to use this product. This license entitles you to use the program on one computer.

2. OTHER RESTRICTIONS. (applies to all versions)

You may not distribute, sell or rent this product as a separate unit even if modified.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
In no event shall THOUGHTPULSE SOFTWARE be liable for any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, incidental, direct, indirect special and consequential damages, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this THOUGHTPULSE SOFTWARE product, even if THOUGHTPULSE SOFTWARE has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
