Vocabulary Builder for SAT ACT GRE GMAT LSAT End user license agreement
END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
In this EULA, We mean the software "SpiceLogic Vocabulary Builder for
SAT ACT GRE GMAT LSAT" by the word "SOFTWARE PRODUCT".
Trial Version
• SpiceLogic Vocabulary Builder for SAT ACT GRE GMAT LSAT ("SOFTWARE
PRODUCT") is not freeware. The trial version is fully functional and it
expires within 15 days. If you find this program useful and want to use
it beyond its limited time, you MUST purchase a single CPU license or
multiple CPU licenses based on the number of computers where you want to
install this software.
• You are hereby allowed to make any number of backup copies of the
trial version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and its documentation. You can give
a copy of the trial version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to anyone, providing
that no additional fee is charged and the package files are not modified
in any way.
Full Version
Purchasing a License Key and applying that License Key on a trial version
will convert the same software as a Full version.
SpiceLogic Consulting & Technologies INC. hereby gives you a
non-exclusive single/multiple CPU license(s).
• You may not distribute the License Key, rent, lease, or lend.
By purchasing a License for a single CPU or multiple CPU, you are
entitled to receive all Major and Minor updates that are released for 1
year after your date of purchase without any additional cost.
You may not:
- permit other individuals to use the License Key.
- modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble the
"SOFTWARE PRODUCT".
- rent, lease, transfer or otherwise transfer rights to the "SOFTWARE
PRODUCT";
- remove any proprietary notices or labels on the "SOFTWARE PRODUCT".
TERMINATION:
The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the
limitations described above. On termination, you must destroy all copies
of the Software and Documentation.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Software is provided on an AS IS basis, without warranty of any kind,
including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness
for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is
borne by you. Should the Software prove defective, you and not SpiceLogic
Consulting & Technologies INC. assume the entire cost of any service and
repair.
SPICELOGIC CONSULTING & TECHNOLOGIES INC. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY
INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER
INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK
STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER
COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES.

program, or any portion of it, may result in severe civil and criminal
penalties, and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under
