Network Reminder End user license agreement

LICENSE TO USE AND DISTRIBUTE NETWORK REMINDER

NETWORK REMINDER is shareware, this means:

1. All copyrights to NETWORK REMINDER are exclusively
owned by Sowsoft, LLC.

2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 60 days.
Following this test period of 60 days or less, if you wish
to continue to use NETWORK REMINDER, you MUST register.

3. NETWORK REMINDER may be freely distributed, provided the
distribution package is not modified. No person or company may
charge a fee for the distribution of NETWORK REMINDER without
written permission from the copyright holder.

4. A. Single User License.

One registered copy of NETWORK REMINDER may be used
by a single person who uses the software personally on one or
more computers.

B. Multiple User License.

Same as Single User License, but you own a fixed number of
NETWORK REMINDER copies.

C. Site License.

Any number of users at a single location can install and use
the software on one or more computers or workstations.

D. Corporate License.

Any number of users at any number of locations can install and use
the software on one or more computers or workstations.

5. NETWORK REMINDER IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY
KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS
OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING
THIS SOFTWARE.

6. Installing and using NETWORK REMINDER signifies acceptance of
these terms and conditions of the license.

7. If you don`t agree with terms of the license you must remove
NETWORK REMINDER files from your storage devices and cease to
use the product.
