Control Sheets End User License Agreement

This is a legally binding agreement between you and Aleksey
Kurzenkov, the author of Control Sheets ("Software Product"). By
installing and/or using this Software Product, you are agreeing to
become bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to
the terms of this agreement, do not use this software!

GRANT OF LICENSE. You are granted a non-exclusive and
non-transferable right to use this Software Product in accordance
with the terms contained in this Agreement. The Software is
licensed, not sold.

EVALUATION AND REGISTRATION. This is not free software. You may use
this software product for evaluation purposes without charge for 30
days. If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period,
you must pay registration fee. One registered copy of this Software
Product may either be used by a single person who uses the Software
personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single
workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not
both.

RESTRICTIONS. You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or
otherwise transfer rights to the Product. The Software Product may
not be sold or be included in a product or package which intends to
receive benefits through the inclusion of the Software Product. You
may not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble
(except to the extent that this restriction is expressly prohibited
by law) or create derivative works based upon the Software. You may
not remove or alter any trademark, logo, copyright or other
proprietary notices, legends, symbols or labels in the Product.

TERMINATION. This Agreement is effective until terminated. This
Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to
comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination you
shall destroy all copies of the Software, including modified copies,
if any.

NO WARRANTIES. The Author of this Software expressly disclaims any
warranty for the Software Product. The Software Product is provided
"AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied,
including, without limitation, the implied warranties or
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or
noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance
of the Software Product remains with you.

NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES. In no event shall the author of this
Software Product be liable for any damages whatsoever (including,
without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business
interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary
loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product,
even if the Author of this Software has been advised of the
possibility of such damages.
