Convert-O-Gadget End user license agreement

1. You may use the program on a single computer at one time. One licensed copy of the software may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but not both. You may access the software through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the network.

2. You may not make copies of the program for sale or distribution. You may not copy the program and accompanying materials except for backup purposes to protect your licensed use of the program.

3. This software is copyrighted, and all rights therein are reserved for the developer and publisher. Purchase of this product does not transfer any right, title, or interest in the software except as specifically set forth in this agreement. You are hereby notified that the software product is protected by United States Copyright Law and International copyright laws, and you may be held responsible by the developer or publisher for any infringement of such rights or violations to this agreement.

4. This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the program and all copies of it. It will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition on this agreement. You agree upon termination to destroy all copies of the program.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty: THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which Little Lists may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

6. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
