This disclaimer and license agreement is a legal agreement between you and Quadricsoft Inc. By purchasing and/or using any of our products, you agree that you accept and understand this disclaimer.

1 - The products may be used in any kinds of personal and/or commercial projects that do not break any rules and/or regulations of the target country.

2 - The products may be used by single or multiple users within your company..

3 - The products may not be redistributed or resold to other companies or third parties without a written permission from Quadricsoft Inc. The products may be installed and used only on computers within your company.

The following uses and purposes are considered a breach of these terms and conditions.

1 - Offering the physical use, freely or under a commercial arrangement, of any of the pruducts to any other person or organization.
2 - Distribution by any medium or in any form of any of the products
3 - Distribution of copies of any of the products, or electronic transfer of any of the products from one computer to another or over a network.
4 - Decompilation, reverse engineering, disassembly, or otherwise reduction of any of the products to a human-perceivable form.
5 - Renting, leasing or sublicensing any of the products.
6 - Modification of any of the products or creation of derivative works based upon any of the products.

As a developer or designer you may use the products on any kinds of personal and/or commercial projects where you participate.

Quadricsoft Inc. does not take any responsibility and is not liable for any damage caused through use of the products, be it indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages like loss of profits or any kind of interruption. Quadricsoft Inc. does not give support for modified products. Quadricsoft Inc. does not take responsibility for the correct workings of modified products. Quadricsoft Inc. does not take responsibility for the damages caused by the wrong usage of the products.

You fully agree that you have read and understood the product specifications (features). The products may not be exchanged, returned or refunded.
