You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. By installing Jewels of Karnak - White Chapel and Red Chapel Pixel Paradox Screensaver, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the following User License Agreement.

You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the evaluation version of this software and documentation as you wish, give exact copies of the original evaluation version to anyone, and distribute the evaluation version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above.
You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.
This Unlockable Version will only work for ten days. If you wish to continue using it after that time, you can purchase a password which will remove the time limit. (See the Readme file.)
You may not transfer the password to anyone else or use it to unlock this screensaver on other computers, except those owned by you.
This gives you the right to do the following:
1) install this version onto all computers of which you are the primary user, and
2) make up to one copy of this software for backup purposes only.
Pixel Paradox grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use one REGISTERED copy of this software for personal use, and it may be used by the registered person or their family on one or more family computers. This license to use the SOFTWARE is conditioned upon your compliance with the terms of this Agreement. This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any point by destroying the SOFTWARE together with all copies of the SOFTWARE. Pixel Paradox has the option to terminate the license if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. You agree upon such termination to destroy the SOFTWARE together with all copies of the SOFTWARE.

The SOFTWARE is protected by United States copyright law and international treaty provisions. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the SOFTWARE is transferred to you. You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to the SOFTWARE will remain the exclusive property of Pixel Paradox. You will not acquire any rights to the SOFTWARE except as expressly set forth in this license.
