Nar Dictionary User Agreement

1. This Agreement is between narsozluk.com ( will be called as Nar Dictionary) and the user (will be called as User) who will use the Nar Dictionary program.

2. Coverage of this agreement is arranging the service usage of Nar Dictionary Program, by this agreement the user will be understand and accept all the conditions and accept all items listed below.

3. Nar Dictionary is the publisher and the owner of the program which is released on www.nardictionary.com and named as Nar dictionary ( it will be called as program). Nar Dictionary will service the content of online dictionaries includes all the information`s and the terms.

4. The user understands that he/she cannot use Nar Dictionary for illegal issues, Nar Dictionary will not be responsible for illegal usage of the program.

5. Nar Dictionary have the rights for changing, developing or canceling the content of service without any announcement.

6. Nar Dictionary is not responsible for authenticity of the data that is given by the program.

7. Nar Dictionary is a freeware software for personal usage. Any part of program or all program cannot be changed.

8. Nar Dictionary have the rights to stop or finish the service without showing any reason or making any announcement.

9. Nar Dictionary doesn`t guarantee the accuracy or exactitude of information provided from the dictionaries. Nar Dictionary is not responsible for the damages caused by usage of information provided by program.

10. Nar Dictionary have the rights to report user information`s to the authorized places if illegal usage of the program detected.

11. The user is responsible for the behaviors which are anomalous to the agreement. The user indemnify the damages caused by the improper usage of the program.

12. The user cannot transfer all or any part of rights and obligations to a third person which are included in this agreement.

13. Nar Dictionary is not responsible for the unsuccessful setups of the program, Nar Dictionary cannot be shown as the responsible by the user.

14. Program can be downloaded from www.narsozluk.com or www.nardictionary.com . If you download the program from another web site or take from another source then Nar Dictionary will not be responsible for the problems or the damages.

15. Nar Dictionary is an online dictionary program. It connects to Nar Dictionary Servers to send requests and get the responses. So the user accepts Nar Dictionary to connect to the server via Internet.

16. You also understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for Nar Dictionary to provide the Service. You also understand and agree that the Service may include certain communications from Nar Dictionary such as service announcements, administrative messages and the Nar Dictionary! Newsletter, and that these communications are considered part of Nar Dictionary membership and you will not be able to opt out of receiving them.

17. The program is freeware. Selling program or making setup with a cost is forbidden. Nar Dictionary is not responsible for these kind of situations. Nar Dictionary keeps the rights of having legal procedure for the people who sells the program or takes money for program setup.

18. The user accepts all items of the agreement listed above without any objection, for using the Nar Dictionary all the items must be accepted by the user.

19. Istanbul (Turkey) Courts are authoritative for any disagreement caused by this agreement.
