Mail Checker End user license agreement

License for using the program Mail Checker (hereinafter Product). This Agreement is made between the NMZ Labs company (hereinafter Owner) and a person or entity using Software Product in any manner (hereinafter User).

This license agreement is made effective when User starts using Product.

Owner grants an user the right to use Product without any time limitations provided that he or she observes the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

User may use Product in the following ways:
- Start Product on User`s computer
- Create as many backup copies of the Product distribution package as needed provided that the distribution package is not modified.
- Distribute the Product distribution package among other legal entities and persons using the Internet, LAN, on any media and in any other manner provided that the Product distribution package is not modified.
User may not use Product in any other manner.


User may not:
- Analyze and/or reverse engineer Product and/or its parts.
- Sell, rent or profit from Product in any other way.
- Any other action of User violating Owner`s copyright (property or non-property) is forbidden.

WE CONSIDER THIS PRODUCT AS EXCEPTIONALLY RELIABLE. NEVERTHELESS, DUE TO THE HUMAN FACTOR, SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE DIVERSITY AND THEIR POSSIBLE INCOMPATIBILITY, YOU AGREE THAT: PRODUCT IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTIES, EXPLICIT OR IMPLIED, ARE PROVIDED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. NEITHER THE OWNER NOR HIS PARTNERS ARE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF RPOFIT OR ANY OTHER TYPES OF LOSSES RELATED TO THE USE OR MISUSE OF PRODUCT.
