JustRecord End user license agreement

Just System Solutions Ltd software products are licensed, not sold. Copyright laws and
international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties
protect the Products

By copying, installing, or otherwise using any of Just System Solutions Ltd Products, you
agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this
Agreement, do not copy, install, or use any of Just System Solutions Ltd Products.

EVALUATION LICENSE: You may use the Products at no cost for evaluation purposes
only ("Evaluation Period"). During that period, the License Restrictions apply with the
following additional restriction: You may not, reset, remove, or otherwise circumvent the
Evaluation Period or other conditions of the Evaluation License. All other terms and
conditions set out below also apply.

LICENSE GRANT: After you have purchased the appropriate Product license and have
received the registration key and subject to the License Restrictions below, Just System
Solutions Ltd grants you the following non-exclusive, non-assignable, royalty-free license
in the Product.
LICENSE DEFINITIONS: The Products are defined as consisting of Shareware
Packages.

Shareware Package - Refers to a distribution of a particular Product as provided by Just
System Solutions Ltd and expressly designated as such. You may redistribute the
Shareware Package subject to the following restrictions: You (i) must distribute the
Shareware Package in its entirety, (ii) may not modify, add to, or in any other way change
the contents of the Shareware Package, (iii) may not charge money or any other
compensation for either the Product, its media, or the service of providing it, (iv) may not
misrepresent the origin, authorship, or intellectual property rights of the Product.

LICENSE RESTRICTIONS: You may not reverse-assemble, reverse-compile, or
otherwise reverse-engineer any of the Products.

Distribution of the Shareware Package is also subject to the following restrictions: You
(i) shall be solely responsible for any liability which may arise from the distribution, (ii)
do not make any statement that the product is "certified", or that its performance is
guaranteed, by Just System Solutions Ltd, (iii) shall prohibit any actions that are
disallowed by the License Restrictions, (iv) shall indemnify, hold harmless, and defend
Just System Solutions Ltd from and against any claims or lawsuits, including attorney`s
fees, that arise or result from your distribution of any product.

COPYRIGHT: Title to the Product and all copies thereof remain with Just System
Solutions Ltd. The Products are copyrighted and protected by the English copyright laws
and international treaty provisions. You will not remove any copyright notices from the
Products. You agree to prevent unauthorized copying of the Product. Except as expressly
provided herein, Just System Solutions Ltd does not grant any express or implied right to
you under Just System Solutions Ltd patents, copyrights, trademarks, or trade secret
information.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS"
WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND JUST SYSTEM SOLUTIONS LTD OFFERS
NO WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THOSE OF
MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL
PROPERTY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. JUST SYSTEM
SOLUTIONS LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER
(INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS
PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR
OTHER LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE
PRODUCTS, EVEN IF JUST SYSTEM SOLUTIONS LTD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF
THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TERMINATION OF LICENSE: Just System Solutions Ltd may terminate the Product
license at any time if you are in breach of any of its terms and conditions. Upon
termination, you will immediately destroy or return to Just System Solutions Ltd all
copies of the Product that you have.

APPLICABLE LAWS: Any claim arising under or relating to this Agreement shall be
governed by the laws of England and Scotland, without regard to principles of conflict of
laws. You may not export the Product in violation of applicable export laws.
