Flashcard Factory Software License Agreement

This Agreement is the complete statement of the Agreement between the parties on the subject matter, and merges and supersedes all other or prior understandings, purchase orders, agreements and arrangements.
Trial License
=============
Flashcard Factory is a shareware program. Installation of this software grants the user a Trial License for a period of fourteen days following installation. After this evaluation period, if you continue to use this software you must purchase the program. Unlicensed use of this software after the 14-day evaluation period is a violation of federal copyright laws.
Single User License
===================
Purchase of a valid Registration Key creates a Single User License. A Single User License permits a single person to use the software personally on one or more computers, or to install it on a single workstation to be used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
==============================
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for all matters relating to this Agreement shall be in courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue.

Redistribution
