for any personal or hardware damages which could result from running or
playing this H+Soft software download. Steve Huck, H+Soft Retro Arcade
Entertainment, or HsRetroGames.Com is not to be accountable for any content
that may be offensive to you or any person playing this software.

** GAME DISTRIBUTION **

ALL H+Soft Games are for USE with H+Soft Arcade ONLY! Games are not to be
modified to run outside or alone of H+Soft Arcade. Games are not to be
published to ANY web site without a valid demo of H+Soft Arcade. Games are
not to be stripped, decompiled, dis-assembled, distributed or copied for
ANY REASON. You may not use any files or media of ANY game without authorized
permission from Steve Huck and/or H+Soft Retro Arcade Entertainment.

** SHAREWARE(DEMO) DISTRIBUTION **

You may distribute H+Soft DEMO software ONLY. I encourage you to do so - as
is the main purpose of ShareWare. Do not make copies of the software for
sales, or publish the software without authorized permission from Steve Huck
and H+Soft Retro Arcade Entertainment. You are not allowed to dis-assemble,
recompile, copy, distribute any part Or media of the un-registered (demo)
software. You are not permitted to publish ANY H+Soft Software Demos including
a registration code to ANY web site.

** REGISTERED SOFTWARE TERMS **

YOU MAY NOT freely distribute ANY H+Soft registered version software. You
may make copies for your own personal or back-up use ONLY. Do not burn copies
for distribution or sales. Do Not publish registered version(s) For promotion,
sales or profits. The full version software is registration key/code activated.
DO Not distribute, copy, sell Or publish any registration codes Or license keys
for any reason. You are Not allowed To dis-assemble, recompile, copy, distribute
any part Or media of the registered version software. You are not permitted to
publish any registered/full version H+Soft software to ANY web site without
authorized permission. Also, upon registration of the software, you will Not
own it, you are therefor licensed To use the registered (full) version(s).

** SOFTWARE WARRANTY **

If you should descide to register/buy H+Soft Software, it`s sold AS-IS without
any warranty of any kind, and NO REFUNDS. It`s TRY BEFORE YOU BUY. So make
sure you are happy with the software and it performs well on your computer.
You will not pursue Steve Huck, H+Soft Retro Arcade Entertainment or
HSRetroGames.Com for a refund or compensation for any H+Soft software.
