GCS MedSup End user license agreement

GCS MedSup program ("software") and documentation © Copyrighted 2003-2006 by Glendale Computer Services Corporation. All Rights Reserved. Glendale Computer Services Corporation grants to the original purchaser (the software registered under the name of the person, group, organization or corporation) a nontransferable, nonexclusive license to use the software. By installing and using the software the original purchaser acknowledges acceptance of terms and conditions of this License Agreement. The original purchaser may: Use the software on a single computer system; copy the software for backup purposes only. The original purchaser may not: Distribute, sale, rent, sublicense or otherwise make available to others, modify, translate, adapt or disassemble the software. The software and documentation are licensed to the original purchaser, on an AS IS basis. Liability of Glendale Computer Services Corporation will be limited to the purchase price of the software. In no event shall Glendale Computer Services Corporation be liable for any loss of profit, loss of benefit or loss of data from the use of this software.
