gcTool2 End user license agreement

By installing or using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not install or use the software, and exit this application now.

The software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, or translate the software. The software is licensed, not sold. The author of the software grants you a personal, nonexclusive, limited, nontransferable license to use this software.

You may install and use one copy of the software on a single computer. The registration process for the software results in the generation of a unique license key. Once the license key is entered the software will only work on the computer in which the key is entered.

The software is provided on an "AS-IS" basis. While the author has taken precautions to assure the correctness of the analytical solutions and techniques used in this software, he does not guarantee that the operation of the software will be free of "bugs" or program errors, nor does he bear any responsibility for defects or failures in structures in connection with which this software may be used. In no event shall the author be liable for loss of profits, direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, consequential or other damages.

If a "bug" is detected and the author is informed, he will do his best to correct it. For this purpose, a "bug" is defined as an incorrect functioning of the software that can be replicated in any computer, at any moment and not due to the environment in which the software is running.
