PokerApp End user license agreement

I never liked this garbage in software, but I guess have to include something so some idiot doesn`t try to sue me someday. First off : Copywrite laws can bite me. I can`t stand them and I have a moral issue with copywrite nonsense. They exist to provide a competitive advantage to a select group of people - who I suppose otherwise would have to actually work hard to get paid. I do not wish to be included in that group, therefore, I don`t intend or want any sort of copywrite protection for PokerApp. If I ever sue or threaten anybody for copywrite violation, you have permission to kick my ass. I only include the License Agreement because I don`t want people using PokerApp maliciously.
PokerApp is distributed As-Is and without warranty. The author does not make any representation (expressly written or implied) of warranty with respect to the quality, accuracy, or use of the PokerApp software. Therefore, I will have no liability to you or anybody else with respect to liability, data or hardware loss, or any damage caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the PokerApp software. This includes, but is not limited to interruption of services, loss of data, or any damages from use or inability to use PokerApp. Although support may be provided to some extent, future support of PokerApp is not promised or guaranteed; the author of PokerApp assumes no liability if the user believes otherwise. Although PokerApp depicts gambling, actual money should not be wagered on the outcome of PokerApp games. I will not be liable if you are stupid enough to lose money playing PokerApp.
The License Agreement : This agreement is between you and the author of PokerApp for the use of the PokerApp software. By downloading and using PokerApp, you agree and are bound by the terms specified in this license agreement. If you do not agree with the terms, you may not use PokerApp. PokerApp is licensed, not sold. This license agreement includes all the software included in the download. You may use PokerApp to play poker games as it was designed. You may not alter, decompile, or otherwise reverse engineer the software in any way. Any attempt to steal registration numbers or otherwise bypass the registration controls is prohibited. Any attempt to alter the outcome of the games is prohibited. Any attempt to use PokerApp maliciously is also prohibited.
