Mortgage Watchdog Pro End user license agreement

1. By using Mortgage Watchdog Pro you acknowledge and agree that:
• To the full extent permitted by law, DITEC International assumes no liability for:
I. any decision or action taken or not taken as a result of the information provided through the use of this software;
II. any errors or omissions in the information
III. any interference with the information; or ensuring that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
• In no event will DITEC International be liable for any damages of any kind or character, including without limitation any indirect or consequential damages loss of income or profit or other losses of any kind or character, even DITEC International has been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses, arising out of or in connection with the use of this software.
• No copies are to be made of the Mortgage Watchdog Pro software without the written consent of DITEC International.

2. The purchaser acknowledges that DITEC International is not:
A. a bank or financial institution
C. a licensed financial planner or advisor
E. a qualified or practicing accountant
F. a qualified or practicing finance professional.

3. DITEC International does not represent that the information is accurate or complete and it should not be relied on as such.


Release
The purchaser releases absolutely DITEC International from all and any responsibility or liability for any losses claims or demands that may be incurred as a result of the purchaser using the information produced by this software.

While DITEC International warrants that this software is mathematically correct, the results produced will only be accurate if the data which is entered is accurate.

Intellectual property

The Intellectual Property of the Mortgage Watchdog Pro software is subjected to copyright and is proprietary to DITEC International. No part there-of may be reproduced or distributed in any form for any purpose without their prior written consent.
