In no event shall the author be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this software. You are positively encouraged to spread this software as long as it is done freely. No profit may be made or expense charged in spreading it without permission from CleoGames. You are also encouraged to register as soon as possible. The registered name and code is entirely for a single user and may not be shared between users or printed on the internet. All information given to CleoGames will not be given to third parties. Any information sent to the server will be purely for the playing of Snooker&Pool. You will only attempt to communicate with the server via a CleoGames application. You may not reverse engineer or create derivative works based on this software. Running this software constitutes agreement with the terms of the licence. This software is protected by copyright laws and international treaties.
