License Agreement

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. Use of this product constitutes
acceptance of this license agreement and warranty. This document will refer to JobFish
either by name or as "software".

Evaluation Use
..............
This software is not freeware. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use
this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 15 calendar days.
After that period, you must either purchase a separate license for each computer that
the product is installed on or uninstall the product. Because ButterflyVista offers an
evaluation period, there are no refunds after purchase. All sales are final.

After ButterflyVista receives payment for your order, ButterflyVista will send you a
license for each copy purchased. Please be sure to reference the license number, when
contacting ButterflyVista for support.

Upgrades

Upon registration, ButterflyVista will notify you of upgrades, if any, to the product.
Alternatively, you may visit our website and check on the latest version. All minor
version upgrades, if any, are free.

Support

ButterflyVista provides email based support for JobFish for registered users. Users
1must provide their name, email address, and serial number (license number) to receive
support. ButterflyVista does not provide support to users of unregistered users.

Registered Users
................
You may install one registered copy of JobFish on a single computer only. To install
JobFish on more than one computer, you will need a separate license for each computer
that you wish to install the software on. Contact ButterflyVista for volume license
purchase details.

Disclaimer of Warranty

ButterflyVista disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied, including but
not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose, with respect to the software or accompanying written materials. JobFish is
sold "as is".

In no event shall ButterflyVista or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever
(including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption,
loss of business information, loss of data, or other pecuniary loss) arising directly
or indirectly out of the use of or inability to use this ButterflyVista product,
even if ButterflyVista has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The seller
will be exclusively limited to replacement of the product.

Copyright

JobFish, the software is owned by ButterflyVista and is protected by United States
copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, licensee must treat
the SOFTWARE like any other copyrighted material (e.g., a book or musical recording).
You may not copy any written materials accompanying the SOFTWARE.

Other Restrictions

Licensee may not rent, lease, or transfer JobFish. You are not authorized under any
circumstances to disassemble, reverse engineer, or decompile the software.

as-is basis. ButterflyVista takes no responsibility for inaccurate or misleading
information. The detailed information regarding the history and origins of the various
units and time zones is provided for educational purposes only. We have taken great

written agreement between all signatories to this agreement. This agreement represents
the licensor and licensee`s entire understanding and agreement between ButterflyVista
and licensee(s) regarding the Software, Software Copies, and Related Materials, and
supersedes any prior purchase order, communications, advertising, or representations.
