Folder Utility End user license agreement

Use of Folder Utility constitutes your acceptance of the following terms
set forth in this license agreement.

(1) Copyright owner will not be held liable for any consequential,
indirect or incidental damages as a result of using Folder Utility.
Copyright owner`s liability for any such claim may not exceed the
price of the software. Folder Utility can be configured to erase files
and folders in the target directory to match the source directory.
This feature should be used carefully. See warnings in the documentation.

(2) You may freely distribute the Folder Utility Demo software provided
that registration keys are not distributed with the software and
the software is distributed unchanged.

(3) You may not reverse engineer Folder Utility, disable the registration
function or distribute information enabling others to defeat
the registration mechanism.

(4) Folder Utility is copyright © 2004 by Michael Blake and is protected
under United States copyright laws.

(5) Copyright owner warrants that Folder Utility will perform as specified
in the documentation and is reasonably free from defects and bugs at
the time of purchase.
