IMPORTANT NOTE

The Software, as defined below, is protected by copyright. Registration codes, as defined below, are protected by copyright. The Software and Registration Codes may only be used in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions defined in this document, you are not permitted to keep or use the Software or Registration Codes in any way whatsoever and must destroy or return all copies of these items which are in your possession.

"BALTSOFT SOFTWARE" RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REVISE THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME, AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Distribute

The program Convert Center is released as Freeware.

As freeware you are permitted to distribute the free software subject to the following conditions,

1) The software must be distributed without modification to the contents of the archive. Redistributing this archive with any files added, removed or modified is prohibited.

2) The inclusion of any individual file from this archive in another archive without the prior permission of the author is prohibited.

3) The software may be used for private and commercial use.

4) Publication for commercial Freeware or Shareware collections is forbidden without the express permission of Baltsoft Software. The same applies for its distribution on the Internet for fees.

Warranty

THE CONVERT CENTERIS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. NEITHER THE AUTHOR NOR THE AGENTS OF THE AUTHOR WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

Unauthorized use

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

Neither CONVERT CENTER binary code, Data Base binary code, CONVERT CENTER Update Tools binary code may be used or reverse engineered to re-create the CONVERT CENTER program, which is proprietary, without written permission of the author.

No part of conversions created by BALTSOFT SOFTWARE contained in CONVERT CENTER may be reproduced in any way without the written consent of BALTSOFT SOFTWARE.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by BALTSOFT SOFTWARE.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove CONVERT CENTER files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
