You are hereby licensed to use the Evaluation Version of the software for a 15-day evaluation period. After the evaluation period, if you continue to use it you must purchase the program. Unregistered use of this software after the 15-day evaluation period is in violation of federal copyright laws.

Please read the following terms and conditions before using. Your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

Your Agreement to this License:

If you disagree with any terms or conditions of this License, do not copy, install, distribute or use any part of the Universal Over Printer software.

One registered copy of Universal Over Printer may be either used by a single person for personal use on multiple computers or installed on a single workstation not used by others. Not both.

You may access the registered version of Universal Over Printer through a network provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the network. For instance, if eight workstations will access Universal Over Printer on the network, each workstation must have a separate, Universal Over Printer license.

Disclaimer of Warranty: THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Due to the various hardware and software environments into which Universal Over Printer may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS PROFFERED.

Good, data-processing procedure dictates that any program must be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

In no event shall AutoBAUP be liable for any incidental, consequential or punitive damages relating to the use of Universal Over Printer or your relationship with AutoBAUP.

This is the complete statement of the Agreement between the parties on the subject matter and merges and supersedes all other understandings, purchase orders, agreements and arrangements. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for matters relating to this Agreement shall be in United States courts and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue.

All rights of any kind in Universal Over Printer which are not expressly granted in this License are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by AutoBAUP Workroom. You may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on Universal Over Printer.

You may not make access to Universal Over Printer available to others in connection with a service bureau, application service provider.
