The code is free for learning and technical divulgation purposes but if is used (enterely or by parts) for business you MUST acquire a license.
Additions or modifications of the code MUST be made availables on Internet as the Promoter code is.
When a buyer acquire a license can install Promoter in as many machines as he wants.
