THE SOFTWARE The SOFTWARE under this license is the search&replace tool Multi Replace Pro, which consists of executable files and documentation. 2. COPYRIGHT All copyrights to Multi Replace Pro are exclusively owned by AlphynSoftware.com. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by AlphynSoftware.com. 3. GRANT OF LICENSE You can use Multi Replace Pro on a single computer for your personal and COMMERCIAL purposes. If you use it on more than 1 PC, you can choose your specific license from the Licenses listed at http://www.alphynsoftware.com/registration.html. The amount of computers noted are the amount of computers that will use Multi Replace Pro. 4. REDISTRIBUTION You can`t redistribute Multi Replace Pro. 5. REVERSE ENGINEERING You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer the Software, or any its part, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license. 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Multi Replace Pro is distributed "as is". No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. You use it at your own risk.
