AdSenseDesktop Evaluation License

By using, copying, transmitting, distributing or installing AdSenseDesktop, you agree to all of the terms of this License. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this License, then do not use, copy, transmit, distribute, or install AdSenseDesktop.

This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed by AdSenseDesktop to use this software for testing purposes without charge for a period of 7 days, starting from the day you install AdSenseDesktop. Unregistered use of AdSenseDesktop after 7 days evaluation period is a violation of U.S. and international copyright laws. You may distribute copies of this evaluation version of AdSenseDesktop to anyone, provided it is not modified in any way. You are free to include copies of this evaluation version of AdSenseDesktop on CD-ROM or any other media providing that you do NOT charge the end-users for the software, and that you send inform us at sales@AdSenseDesktop.com describing when and how you wish to distribute the software. You may not repackage or make alterations to any file in the original AdSenseDesktop distribution. You are strictly prohibited from charging or request any form of payment, for any copies, however made, without prior written permission from AdSenseDesktop. AdSenseDesktop reserves the right to revoke the above distribution rights at any time.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

This software, and all accompanying files, data and materials, are distributed "AS IS" and with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall AdSenseDesktop, or its principals, shareholders, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, or parent organizations, be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever relating to the use of AdSenseDesktop, or your relationship with AdSenseDesktop.

In addition, in no event you are authorize to use AdSenseDesktop, in applications or systems where AdSenseDesktop’s failure to perform can reasonably be expected to result in a significant physical injury, or in loss of life. Any such use by you is entirely at your own risk, and you agree to hold AdSenseDesktop, or its principals, shareholders, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, or parent organizations, harmless from any claims or losses relating to such unauthorized use.

This Agreement is the complete statement of the Agreement between the parties on the subject matter, and merges and supersedes all other or prior understandings, purchase orders, agreements and arrangements.

All rights of any kind in AdSenseDesktop which are not expressly granted in this License are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by AdSenseDesktop. You may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on AdSenseDesktop. You may not make access to AdSenseDesktop available to others in connection with a service bureau, application service provider, or similar business, or use AdSenseDesktop in a business to provide Google AdSense’s statistical analysis, graph generation, or report generation services to others.

AdSenseDesktop Standard License

By using, copying, transmitting, distributing or installing AdSenseDesktop, you agree to all of the terms of this License. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this License, then do not use, copy, transmit, distribute, or install this copy of AdSenseDesktop.

This registered copy of AdSenseDesktop may be installed on computers used by one single person only, or it may be installed on one computer used non-simultaneously by several persons, but NOT both. This is NOT a concurrent use license. You may not install this copy of AdSenseDesktop for access through any network, without first obtaining a license for each computer that will access AdSenseDesktop over that network, regardless of whether they are accessing AdSenseDesktop concurrently or otherwise.

You are strictly prohibited from distributing registered copies of AdSenseDesktop. To do so would be a violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement.
