IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE FOLLOWING LICENSE AGREEMENT. BY INSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. DO NOT INSTALL THE SOFTWARE IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS STATED BELOW.
AUTOSCREEN END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
1) LICENSE.
This AutoScreen End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and 16 Software ("AUTHOR") for the SOFTWARE(s) identified above, which includes any associated SOFTWARE components, media, printed materials, and any "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE.
2) GRANT OF LICENSE.
You must purchase one (1) license for each computer that will run the SOFTWARE. After you purchase a license, you will be emailed with a registration name and key. You must enter the registration name and key as prompted by the SOFTWARE.
3) EVALUATION (TRIAL).
You may use the SOFTWARE without charge for thirty (30) days from the day that you first run the SOFTWARE program. You must pay the license fee and register your copy to continue using the SOFTWARE after the thirty (30) day evaluation (trial) period. To pay the license fee and register your copy, you should visit http://www.16software.com/autoscreen.
YOU MAY NOT, THROUGH ANY MEANS, BYPASS OR ATTEMPT TO BYPASS THE EVALUATION (TRIAL) PERIOD. YOU MAY NOT SHARE THE REGISTRATION KEY YOU RECEIVE WITH ANYONE ELSE; IT IS MEANT FOR THE AMOUNT OF USERS/COMPUTERS THE LICENSE WAS INTENDED FOR DEPENDING ON THE ENVIRONMENT IN WHICH IT WILL BE USED (SEE "GRANT OF LICENSE"). FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS MAY RESULT IN RESTRICTED/DENIED ACCESS TO THE SOFTWARE, WITHOUT NOTICE. LEGAL ACTION MAY ALSO BE TAKEN.
4) DISTRIBUTION.
The SOFTWARE may only be distributed as part of the original SOFTWARE install file as distributed by AUTHOR; if you would like to distribute the SOFTWARE as part of a magazine, book, CD-ROM, website, or any other form of distribution, you must contact AUTHOR for written authorization.
5) RESTRICTIONS.
You may not reverse engineer, de-compile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. You may not rent, lease, or lend the SOFTWARE. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA, provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA. You may not use the SOFTWARE for any illegal purposes.
6) TERMINATION.
Without prejudice to any other rights, AUTHOR may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE.
7) COPYRIGHT.
The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the SOFTWARE is transferred to you. You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to the SOFTWARE will remain the exclusive property of the AUTHOR and you will not acquire any rights to the SOFTWARE except as expressly set forth in this license. You agree that any copies of the SOFTWARE will contain the same proprietary notices which appear on and in the SOFTWARE.
8) DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY.
Though every effort is made to provide you with a stable product, no software is ever bug-free; therefore, the SOFTWARE is provided on an AS IS basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall AUTHOR be liable for any damages whatsoever including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, loss of business profits or special damages, even if AUTHOR has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
