Seal Maker is a tool which creates an official looking digital `rubber` stamp or company seal using your own image or logo.It features a tremendous array of adjustment and control, and the result can be printed or saved as BMP file. This is a program which is quite unique. It allows you to build up a stamp or seal, adding lines, adding text, adding images and then doing all sorts of weird and wonderful things with the final result.
