Make different list of software products, and give different instructions. Software added into green list will be protected from shut-down. Its work will be supervised, and in not-responding issue it will be restarted. Yellow list will only prevent software from shut-down. Red list forbid software from starting. Set automatic data backup (internal and external) every day/week/month to assure your data security.
