PixelProstate 3.0

The cancer area of the prostate is outlined on the histological slide. Using pathologist`s visual memory an identical tumour area is painted with the mouse on the virtual slide. Total prostate volume is calculated using the ellipsoidal method: 4/3 x pi x (length/2 x width/2 x height/2). A 3D picture and T-classification is automatically generated. No camera or other special equipment is needed.
