Total Recorder Professional Edition 8.3

Total Recorder records streaming audio from Real Player or Windows Media Player, Mic input, or Line-in input from external devices connected to your PC with the ability to listen to audio being captured. The resulting files can be saved in RIFF-WAV, MP3, Ogg Vorbis, WMA, FLAC, and APE audio formats; under Windows 7 also AAC Audio within MOV (read only), MPEG-4 and 3GP containers. The program also converts between supported sound formats.
