File Monitor 2.9.2

File Monitor is a utility for constantly monitoring folders for the appearance of new files matching predefined wildcards. When a new file is detected, a custom action may be carried out, such as starting a program with the new file. Incoming files may either be processed separately or all together in a group. Files are processed only when all data is present, making it ideal for larger files such as movie files.
