Image Captor allows to capture images from any sources available to your PC, such as: existing files, scanners, digital cameras, screen content, webcams, and tv-tuners. After captured they can be cropped to suit your need. Supports saving to JPG, PNG, and BMP formats. For JPGs, you can balance the quality and size of the images when saving. Although it was released as beta version but actually it`s very stable and ready for production stage.
