Folder Watchdog Service 1.4

It notifies about file or folder creation/modification/deletion/right change via mail. Both local and remote file systems may be monitored. Notification messages may be sent in either plain text or HTML. Use: you own a public ftp service, and want to be notified when someone uploads new file(s); you want to be informed about every change in either local or remote file system; any situation when you want to know about file system changes.
