Groupion is a flexible, modular and customizable solution, combining all facets of an enterprise in one tool.
A customer’s query, for example, can be registered in the call-center, executed by a service team, cleared by the administration and evaluated by the controlling division via Groupion. And this is only one of countless scenarios where comprehensive processes play an important role for a company’s overall success.
Currently Groupion offers four application packages, which contain email, task management, group calendar, file management as well as CRM and ERP functionality. The software is both available as an On-Demand version used via Internet, or as an In-House version installed on a local server. For this purpose, Groupion supports all modern server operating systems as well as four different databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL and Oracle).
Regarding customization, Groupion is using the iXML standard, which enables users to adapt and extend Groupion’s functionality in every fashionable way.
Groupion is offered as Software-as-a-Service with a monthly fee of € 9.95 per user. Additionally, there are two free editions available: The Community Edition is intended for non-commercial institutions like public schools or associations and contains 50 free user licences. The Groupion Start-Up Edition is also available at no charge and comes with three free user licenses for all application modules and can also be used for commercial purposes.

DISTRIBUTON GRANT
i-sense software GmbH (Software Owner) grants Publisher and Publisher`s authorized sales agents ("Channel Partners") the right and license to use, distribute, copy (in connection with electronic distribution only), market and license in any media throughout the world (including CDs, Springboard modules, CompactFlash cards, the world wide web, and other commercially acceptable means) the computer programs and user manuals (collectively, "Software"), now or later owned by Software Owner.
OWNERSHIP
The parties agree that Software Owner owns all proprietary rights, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, in and to the Software and that this Agreement does not transfer ownership of any of these rights
LICENSE GRANT
Software Owner grants Publisher a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to use its trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos or other identifying or distinctive marks (collectively, "Marks"), provided that Publisher will comply with Software Owner`s trademark usage guidelines. Furthermore Software Owner grants Publisher a royalty-free nonexclusive right and license to use, publicly display, publicly perform, and duplicate the Software either directly by Publisher`s employees or through Publisher`s Channel Partners solely for the purpose of marketing or demonstrating the Software to prospective customers. Such marketing or demonstration efforts may include demonstrating the Software online via an Internet accessible emulation device, webcasting, or other means.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS) IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT OR THE FURNISHING, FUNCTIONING, USE, DISTRIBUTION OR MARKETING OF THE SOFTWARE OR ANY RELATED ITEM OR SERVICE PROVIDED
