Text Search Tiffs is a Utility that batch processes tiff images into text searchable tiff images for use with Microsoft`s Document Imaging. The text can be searched using Document Imaging and the Search engine that comes with Windows.

This program is ideal for invoices, work orders, purchase orders, personnel records, etc. where each document has a unique identifier. Simple Barcode Filing will read that number and file the document by that number.

Monitors a folder for tiff images, when one is found the blank pages in it are removed and it is sent to a printer. This allows a user to scan simplex and duplex documents with a copier and print them in a duplex manner saving paper.

Blank Page Splitter separates scanned files when a blank page is found. It can batch process entire folders of multipage tiff images with the output after separation being either a PDF or Tiff image. It has a monitor function for use with a copier.

File by OCR automatically names files and places them in a file folder structure based on the document`s OCR text contents. It can extract text from a searchable PDF and name and file it as well, or it can extract the OCR text and build a csv file.
