SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
This user license agreement (the "AGREEMENT") is an agreement
between you (individual or single entity) and ZebraLabs,
for the ZebraLabs software (the "SOFTWARE") that is accompanying
this AGREEMENT.
The SOFTWARE is the property of ZebraLabs and is protected
by copyright laws and international copyright treaties.
TRIAL VERSION LIMITATIONS
The trial version of this software has following limitations:
- 21 runtimes and/or 21 days.
- Available music instruments number decreases every run
TRIAL VERSION
If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove Software
files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
If you accept the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT,
you have certain rights and obligations as follows:
YOU MAY:
1. Install and use the unlimited number of copies of the
BabyPiano TRIAL VERSION for a period of 21 days.
2. Use one or more copies of the BabyPiano TRIAL VERSION
for evaluation purposes only.
3. Copy and distribute freely the BabyPiano TRIAL VERSION
(see `DISTRIBUTION`).
YOU MAY NOT:
1. Sublicense, rent or lease the BabyPiano TRIAL VERSION
or any portion of it.
2. Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or modify the
BabyPiano TRIAL VERSION or any portion of it.
3. Use the BabyPiano TRIAL VERSION after your
trial period of 21 days.
DISTRIBUTION:
You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the
BabyPiano TRIAL VERSION as you wish and distribute
them to anyone provided that all files are intact.
You must distribute the install package of the
BabyPiano TRIAL VERSION.
You are not allowed to sell the BabyPiano TRIAL VERSION.
