PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.
The program is provided "AS IS" and you bear full
responsibility for determining the usefulness of the
program and produced results. Ping Assist Pro is
distributed on the "Try & Buy" basis, which means
you have the opportunity to test the program before
you decide to buy it.
All features in the software work in the demo mode,
but the ping process is stopped at certain time
intervals. To disable the demo mode, you should
purchase a license and register the software.
You can purchase one of the three types of licenses
(the basic package with one Monitor, the basic package
with two Monitors or the basic package with three
Monitors). The two last licenses allow you to connect
two or three Monitors installed on different
computers located in one LAN to one Service. You can
also purchase the necessary number of Monitors in
addition to any previously purchased basic package.
By purchasing a license to this program, you become
entitled to the program updates within the major
version. The major version is defined by the first
digit in the version number. The minor version is
defined by the second and the following digits in
the version number. Technical support is available
within one year since the purchase of the program.
YOU ARE GRANTED THE FOLLOWING LIMITED RIGHTS:
1. The right to distribute the software in its shareware
form o third parties, provided the latter agree to
accept the terms of this Agreement.
2. One purchased license gives you the right to install
one basic package or one additional Monitor.
IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO:
1. Modify the software partially or completely.
2. Decompile or reverse engineer the software.
3. Refer your registration number to third parties if you
are a registered user.
4.SHOULD YOU FAIL TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THE
ABOVE-MENTIONED YOUR USER`S RIGHTS WOULD
BE AUTOMATICALLY TERMINATED. THIS TERMINATION
WILL BE IN ADDITION TO ANY CRIMINAL, CIVIL OR OTHER
REMEDIES.
LIMITED WARRANTY:
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES: The authors
cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for damages
of any character arising out of the use of this product.
This software is provided under license on an "AS IS" basis,
without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied.
PROPERTY:
This software, including its code, documentation, appearance,
structure, and organization is an exclusive product of the
Zaz Soft.
