LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
BACKUPTURE is distributed on the "Try before buy" principle. You can use BACKUPTURE for free during the 15-day evaluation period. When the evaluation period expires, you must either register the software or remove it from your PC.
a). A Home license allows you to use one copy of the program for non-commercial purposes in non-business, non commercial environment. That is, you only intend to use it at home for private use. To use the program in a business, academic, or government environment, you should purchase a Commercial license. By purchasing a Home license, you become entitled to all minor* updates within the version. Technical support is available for one year from the purchase date of the software.
b). A Commercial license allows you to use one copy of the program within your company. By purchasing a Commercial license, you become entitled to all minor* updates within the version. Technical support is available for one year from the purchase date of the software.
c). A Company license allows you to use any number of copies of the program within your company. By purchasing a Company license, you become entitled to all minor* updates within the version and will get 50% discount on any major version updates. Technical support is available for three years from the purchase date of the software.
*The major version is defined by the first digit in the version number. The minor version is defined by the second and the following digits in the version number.
2. IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO:
2.1. Modify the software partially or completely.
2.2. Decompile or reverse engineer the software.
2.3. You may not make available, give away, sell or otherwise transfer your registration key or any copy thereof to a third party.
2.4. SHOULD YOU FAIL TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THE ABOVE-MENTIONED YOUR USER`S RIGHTS WOULD BE AUTOMATICALLY TERMINATED. THIS TERMINATION WILL BE IN ADDITION TO ANY CRIMINAL, CIVIL OR OTHER REMEDIES.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES.
The authors cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for damages of any character arising out of the use of this product. The program is provided "AS IS" and you bear full responsibility for determining the usefulness of the program and produced results. BACKUPTURE is distributed on the "Try & Buy" basis, which means you have the opportunity to test the program before you decide to buy it.
4. PROPERTY.
This software, including its code, documentation, appearance, structure, and organization is an exclusive product of the ZazSoft.
