SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
Natural Biorhythms is a shareware ("try-before-you-buy") program.
This means:
1. All copyrights to Natural Biorhythms are exclusively
owned by Dmitry Konovalov.
2. Anyone may use this software during a 7-day free trial and 30-day
evaluation period. Following this test period of 37 days you should
register your copy of Natural Biorhythms.
3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use
Natural Biorhythms on one or several computers, depending on the
particular license, for any legal purpose, at a time.
The registered Natural Biorhythms software may not be rented or leased,
but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees
to terms of this license.
4. The unregistered shareware version of Natural Biorhythms may be
freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified.
No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution
of Natural Biorhythms without the expressed written permission of the
copyright holder.
5. NATURAL BIORHYTHMS IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".
NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
YOU USE THIS PROGRAM AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR
WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS, DAMAGES,
LOSS OF PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF LOSS WHILE
USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may

granted here are reserved by Dmitry Konovalov.
7. This software is provided for entertainment purposes only, and does not

8. Installing and using Natural Biorhythms signifies acceptance of
these terms and conditions of the license.
9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
Natural Biorhythms files from your storage devices and cease to
