RenameMaestro - End User Licence Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a legal entity, known as "The Licensee") and the developer ("Ulfwood Ltd") of the software and associated files ("RenameMaestro"). RenameMaestro may include accompanying software, files, data and materials. Ulfwood Ltd is a registered company of the United Kingdom, and governed by the laws of England.
By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using RenameMaestro, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you may not use or copy RenameMaestro, and you should promptly delete it from all machines that you have installed it to.
Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of RenameMaestro to use it, subject to the following conditions:
The trial version of RenameMaestro is a full copy of the software; however, after the trial period expires it will be restricted to renaming a limited number of files at a time. This limit can only be removed by purchasing a licence for RenameMaestro. A paid licence will also give you minor version upgrades for free.
RenameMaestro and all accompanying software, files, data and materials are provided `as is` and without warranties of any kind whether implied or explicit. Any liability on the part of Ulfwood Ltd or any of its staff is limited to a full refund of the price of the licence(s). In addition, no employees, contractors, subsidiaries or other members of Ulfwood Ltd will be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever relating to the use of RenameMaestro, or to your relationship with Ulfwood Ltd.
RenameMaestro is only available for distribution via the website www.renamemaestro.com or www.ulfwood.net or by prior explicit consent of Ulfwood Ltd. Any other form of distribution is a violation of this EULA.
In the event of any dispute, RenameMaestro and this agreement are protected by the laws of England and the resolution of any dispute will be through the laws of England.
This EULA will always be superseded by the latest version of it which can be found at www.renamemaestro.com/RenameMaestroEULA.txt
Licences for the paid version are granted on a `concurrent user` basis, so that if you install RenameMaestro on one hundred machines with a licence name and password which is valid for 5 licences, then a maximum of 5 persons can use the software at the same time; the licence is not restricted to 5 specific persons.
The file metadata extracting part of RenameMaestro which populates the `Use File Information` action with EXIF, ID3, Adobe and other file information is achieved by the use of ExifTool.exe, an executable file which has been compiled from Perl scripts by Phil Harvey. This tool is licenced under the Gnu Public Licence (version 1) and in compliance with this licence, the source code for this tool is available from http://search.cpan.org/~exiftool/ or from http://www.sno.phy.queensu.ca/~phil/exiftool/ or from Ulfwood Ltd. upon request at no charge whatsoever. This offer does not apply to any other part of RenameMaestro, nor is any other part of RenameMaestro licenced under the Gnu Public Licence.
